 Need Good Merc 4 stroke mechanic in west Houston.

My 2011 Mercury 4 stroke has been in to BPS twice in the past year for fuel lift pump failures. They have replaced both lift pumps but it only lasts a few months. Each time they keep the boat about 6 weeks. Now less than 6 months later it is having the same symptoms. Unfortunately this time it has happened on the first day of vacation. I know if I go back to BPS the fishing vacation will not happen. I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a good Mercury mechanic in West Houston that might be able to get me back on the water this week. I know it is busy season for marine shops but I thought I would throw it out there in just in case. Sure hate loosing the chance to fish this week.

It's a 2011 Mercury efi four stroke. The boat is 2011 Tracker ProGuide 175WT. That's a 17-1/2 ft Aluminum boat.

I can't help you in West Houston, but William Bowden of Bowden Marine in Atascocita is as good a Merc Man as there is. If he can't fix it, his dad can.
