how do they enforce the snaggin rule?
I mean if they see you haul up a fish that is gut hooked are they gonna bust you? I have had that happen after a strike and when I went to yank the pole I foul hooked the fish.

I don't disagree with a slot and limit but why make it complicated? Oh, I just answered my own question.

I don't disagree with a slot and limit but why make it complicated? Oh, I just answered my own question. Parks & Wildlife need the money to keep operating since the sporting goods tax we pay isn't going to them. Can we say, MONEY GRAB"?
