Does anybody have any recommendations for a guide on Ray Roberts? I've searched a few, but I just want to make sure I get a good one before I book a trip. Thanks in advance!

Bass Champs is next weekend so I would just go out next Saturday and follow the boats. Save your money unless you are going out with Danny Golden

I've heard some good things about Golden as well as GBass Outfitters, has anybody had any experience with either of them?

I fished with Danny Golden last year and am hoping to do it again this summer when things get tough. He was almost 30 minutes early which I liked a lot (I've had guides show up late more than a couple of times). We were fishing at kind of an awkward time of year/conditions, but he worked hard to get us on some fish and he kept things fun the whole day. That man has stories lol.
Really don't think you'll regret booking him.

There is a lot good guides on this lake. Danny is a good one, GBass Outfitters, I believe a couple of fireman have a service. Good luck and tight lines!

I have to agree with everyone here that Danny Golden is a must. He's a great guy and guide. We slammed some fish with him. It's nice to fish with the guide that put his client on the current lake record fish.

+1 on Dannie Golden.Quality rig...WILL PUT you on fish. Just a BEST GUIDE on the lake.
Works hard for you to make you have the best experience while fishing.
