Have not been there is a while. Anyone able to give me some tips ? Mullet and shrimp still a go to for reds and specs (or whatever is biting). Gonna be staying down there for a couple nights. Gulps for reds? Most of us will be on surf rods with spider weights. I wanted to take a bait caster and try that out as well. Any help or tips are appreciated.

blue crabs, stop by asian grocery stores or Fiesta, they usually have them fresh, and frozen.
mullet or whatever cutbait you catch. the big whiting are here. should be some big sand trouts as well. both on dead shrimp.
live shrimp or lures for specks in the morning.
