Is it possible to add tackle boxes like this:

to my G3 1860 center console. I wanted to put them where the red areas are, one on each side. Is there floatation under there or something that would hinder the installation?

I used these on each side of the rear deck in my Seaark. They are from Fin Addict Marine in NC. Very reasonable prices and quality work. You can get the custout dimensions that they fit and I think they also give total size but I havn't looked there in a while.
They will also do custom size doors, gloveboxes, anything you need.
