From huskerville ill be there in a month..not much selection here..question Abu veritas micro rod or duckett ghost both same price.. yall still recommending 20lb power pro.thanks in advance st

I like the Abu Veritas better over all but the line guides on the Duckett Ghost hold up better for braid. Thats my opinion.

I've used both and don't really like either. But I think the Veritas is a better made rod. Any other Duckett and I'd go with them. . .but not the ghost. It's a cruddy, cheaply made rod.

Veritas are great. Why use 20lb power pro? What are you fishing with it? 8-12lb vicious for bottom baits, berkley vanish for moving, berkley big game 20lb for top water... Covers ost everything for me.I only spool power pro on my spinning gear lol fairy wands need all the help they cna get

Ever try a st croix bass mojo.
Awesome rod and Cabelas has them on sale for 89-109 depending on model.
I've used the Veritas and Ghost and prefer the Mojo.
Just my 2 cents.

I have both, Veritas would be my choice out of those 2, but Micr magic and Ice are the way to go if you can afford them.
