 Is Tower Bay ramp open at Lewisville?

Planning on going to Lewisville in the morning but wondered if Tower Bay is still open after the recent rise in water level.

Anyone know what a yearly launch pass there is? A Lake Park season pass costs $50 for the general public, $25 for Lewisville residents and non-resident seniors, and $12.50 for Lewisville seniors. Passes can be bought in the Parks and Leisure Services office at the Lewisville Municipal Annex, 1197 W. Main Street, during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Anyone buying a season pass will need to provide the license plate number of the vehicle to be used as well as the vehicle make and color. Lewisville residents will need to show a proof of residency such as a drivers license, water bill or apartment lease.
