Son and I ran to Cypress Wed to do some fishing! First stop we were both throwing jigs in 15' on some structure  I look over and he thinks he is hung up... I pulled the rod and it pulled back! I grabbed my phone and shot some video! Result was a 6 lb 3 oz big mamma!

He looks very comfortable and right at home holding that big bass. Glad y'all had a fun day on Cypress Springs. That is a beautiful lake.
A lot of people fish half a lifetime before catching a bass like that. I was 21 when I caught my first 8 pounder. My son Logan caught his first 8 pounder at 8 years old! LOL.
