No complaints from me but I placed an online order from Academy and I figure they didn't make much money on the deal. I ordered 6 items from them. 3 were plastic baits. I got the first box and it had one package of baits...sent from Ft Worth. Next day I got the 2nd box and it had one pack of baits and it came from Flower Mound. Next day another box from Ft Worth with the 3rd package of baits. 3 days later I got 2 boxes from GA with the other 2 items. I qualified for free shipping so all of the FedEx expense was theirs.
I know they are remodeling a bunch of stores (the one here in Wichita Falls is turned upside down) but I figured it would all come from a warehouse. No complaints, but I bet they don't do this kind of shipping for long!

I have seen the same thing. "Free shipping" on an order, that came in on either 3 or 4 different shipments. Order was only about $40.

I've seen that too. Their shipping is stupid but I like academy. Best thing is to go online and find what you want then go to the store and do an in store order. This gives you free shipping and you always get what you want in the qty you want.
