Right at 14k miles. Engine blew at 10k, no issues since. I use tow/haul when I remember to, with that weight it's hard to say if you need it or not. 3.55 rear end. If I had to do it over again, I would get the 3.92. I drive mainly in town, plus added a small lift, bigger tires, replacement bumpers front and back. Mine is a Laramie long bed (6'4") 4x4 with ram boxes. Basically the heaviest available and the 3.92 would be better for me.

Hate to hear your motor blew at 10,000 miles. I'm sure there will be some bugs for them to work out at first.

I wanted one the day they came out but waited a little over a year before I ordered thinking that would be better. Turns out I got a bad engine. Chrysler said it was narrowed down to a 2 week period where a connecting rod was improperly torqued. Hopefully all good now. If you haven't looked into Green Diesel Engineering, do so. They do some great things that really wake up the engine.

Ive read about the GDE some, thought about it, but not sure what I want to do. I got a lot of warranty left and I don't know what exactly I want to do. From what I understand it plugs the EGR and retunes the engine timing etc but keeps the DPF and DEF intact and functioning better than stock.
Do you have the GDE? Did you install yourself? Its definitely an option, and I like that they say its untraceable, but not sure I trust them.

I would be very hesitant to do anything that would void the warranty- especially after having a blown engine at 10K. That would have been 100% out of your pocket if you'd already done the tune.

At this point in time im keeping it stock. Now a couple years down the road when I know my motor isn't going to crater at 10k I very well may do it especially after some time with people running it and it being untraceable.

It will get even better when you get about 100K miles on it.

Not going to admit to having a different ECM on a public forum. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of them. There are quite a few people in Texas running them. Haven't heard a bad thing about them, other than cost.
