Went Sat. For a little bit. 2 dinks and my biggest yet at Bardwell. 13 1/4". That's not big for most lakes, but it is for Bardwell, far as I'm concerned! Can't load pic from iPad.

I put in at Love. The Bardwell page of USACOE said Love was closed. I would call the office before going.

Here is the page link I was talking about. It has the office # up in the right corner. If you call, let us know what they said, please. I don't think I can make it this weekend, but would like to know. Thanks, RODS454 http://www.swf-wc.usace.army.mil/bardwell/

The courtesy dock collapsed last spring when the lake was 20' high. It was there in January, but I just thought it was under water again last Saturday when I didn't see it. I'll check it out next time I'm there. I can't imagine them spending the time or money to remove it. BigTex, is your son at the marina or out on the lake? 2 of the three I caught last Saturday, were small like that. But they hit the jig like they were big!

He was at the marina, he said no one caught much. I was shocked when he descibed how high the water was , he told me he had to park up by the boat sheds , and water was up to that brick restroom.
