 need help with 91 procraft 180 dual console, livewells not circulating

Hi All,
i purchased a 91 procraft 180 dual console starter bass boat recently. i can get the livewells to fill, but when i switch to auto an use the dial for circulation nothing happens. its probably user error. i have looked online for the owner's manual with no luck. wanted to see if this community could help me.
