 biggest channel I have caught in texas

we were carp fishing this cannal the other day and I caught this channel that went 12lbs...I took a picture for the muilti-species tourney going on...I catch alot of channel while carping but this is the largest I have come accross....

Nice fish. the bigges channel i ever cought was 9.8 lbs. But hey my name is YELOWCAT NOT CHANNELCAT.

it was caught on a hair-riged boilie PineEx flavor its a combination of pinneapple and scopex...scopex is a buttery nut carmel type flavor....

Eh, I love the fishes, what can I say? I mean, I work with fish on a daily basis, then I go fishing for them when I'm not at work. Pretending to kiss the fish is probably the least likely to give me fish germs.
They were nice channels, though. Biggest I've seen in a while.

Thanks Joey! yep that was me and keep your eye out for another cover photo that is carp related  !!! it went right back into the cannal, I lost another this afternoon that probaly would have been larger it to would have lived to swim another day
