Looking to buy a place on Cedar. Has a nice dock. There is no structure on or near it. Owner cleaned it all out during last drought, more of a jet, pleasure boater. I plan to sit on the end of it at retirement drink coffee and shoot the bull when you guys fish around it. What I am asking is this. How would you prefer a dock baited out. I never did like hanging brush on the poles, made it difficult to pitch under it. I am thinking about making piles around it at different distances of various materials. Just looking for thought and ideas on a perfectly baited out dock.

Man I hope it works out for you! I am 33 and don't have any money, but I am desperately trying to figure out how to budget in for some property to do the same. I only have like 32 more years to save up to buy!

Couple brush piles and a couple submersible green lights and you are good
