I wasn't this time. But I will be next time. I was at Bridgeport and the water is so high. I will have to use it to get close to the rocks.

The first time I hooked into one of those was on Rowlett creek. He pulled drag like crazy and it took me about 5 minutes to get him in. He weighted 7.5 lbs and was caught on 4 lb test line. I'm not hooked on hybrid fishing.

I love the feel of a crappie's thump on that Fireline.....you ain't gonna get that outta no mono....

I agree SK. That thump is totally different. I use a firm tip Crappie Maxx rod and it is so Awesome.
