The lady whose house buts up on our land is selling off her extra bit of land but since it is in an awkward access and has no lookers but needs the money to keep up her house. So the wife and I decide to put our land up along with hers to make it a more tempting offer to help her out. With my three acres and her 1.6 acres that can be built on hopefully we can get an offer better than what she needs.so don't be surprised when the land is gone to some one else.

I was there 2 weekends ago and the water was the clearest I've ever seen it on the deep side of the dam to about 4 feet.
