Well per little man anyhow! Came home from getting bounced around and wind burn Sat eve to him informing me he wished he would have went fishing with because there was a bunch of girls over at the neighbors house when he went over there to play and they just wanted to do girl stuff all day!! Haha! Eventually they did ride her go cart through the pasture so he liked that!

He said after a while he had enough and loaded up his imaginary fishing buddy Shooter (who Tbox claims comes in the store all the time for baits and coffee and little man says I better keep and eye on him because he's full of stories!! ) and drove his Dodge Ram to Palestine Resort and launched his big Skeeter and headed out after slabs! He said it was terrible at first all they caught was sand bass! 70 of em to be exact. So he headed to a pile we fish where Slabzilla lives! He told me since Slabzilla is a huge crappie he dropped his 7ft Bonehead rod down there w braided line and thump!! He smoked it!! Then the fight was on! He said it pulled him all the way to the dam where he finally landed a 70lb catfish!! Pretty salty for a 49lb 6yr old. I said well good deal. Slabzilla can come back home now since you got that catfish out of there. He agreed. He said he finished the day catching 70 crappie off boat docks on thermocline ans boneheads and they put the boat back on the trailer! He said none of em went over 2lbs so they wouldn't help us next month!
That's about all I got for fishing from him! On the way home he passed the boar coon driving a pickup up the road!! The boar coon is about a 40lb sucker that lives at the deer lease and lease mates have got him convinced he eats little boys for dinner and it's had him concerned ever since!! I told him it prolly wasn't the boat coon cause I don't think he has a drivers license and can't reach the pedals!! He said he actually had one cause he saw it and he couldn't reach the pedals but there was 10 of em driving the pickup! 5 steering! One changing gears and 4 working the pedals!! That might be the only part of this story I could believe. As many pics I've had of em on the feeders at the lease them smart suckers could prolly drive the truck if 10 of em get together!!

Anyhow. Just figured I would throw out a Palestine report for ya'll! Clay went yesterday but his report varied somewhat from little mans!!
Who knows what the truth is anymore!!!

Tell "Lil' Man" I need him & "Shooter" to come over here and catch all these catfish off my dock that are keeping the slab crappie run off

Let's get together in late April!! Bring Ronnie!! IDK who's gonna laugh more at who!! Little man is a trip!! TBox you know he don't care! He just likes catching fish! I'm still waiting on him to show me the pile by the dam him and Shooter catch 700 3lbrs off of every trip! Think he could at least take his old man to catch 1!!
