Wheres the best place to put in on Grapevine? I'm wanting to make the first trip of the year out on the kayak for some crappie fishing one afternoon this week.

The only ramp on grapevine that is open is silverlake, and they charge $20 to use their ramp and parking Lot(which is too much IMO). When I fish Grapevine while it's flooded like this, I find a spot That's close and cart my kayak the rest of the way.
Swimbaits Only.

Rockledge park should be open, areas around Oak Grove park area should have options for kayak launch. The road going into Murrell Park should be open now or this week and there are spots there to launch. Basically anywhere you can (legally park) and get your yak to the lake you're good.
I've never been good, But I've been Lucky! I don't Lie or Exaggerate, but sometimes I remember BIG!
