No fish up North, I hear they are all hanging out by the dam, 6 Mile, Cypress, and Houson.

Nut it was tuff alot of people not catching anything or dinks. I think you are just trying to be NICE to me,,,,,, according to the 63 teams that fished Media it looked pretty easy. Only 6 teams with zero fish,,,,,, 8 teams with over 18 pounds,,,,,, better results than normal. I just suck on deep East Texas lakes. They are in between not deep or shallow although we did catch some in 2 foot and some fat females but they was few and far between. I had good luck on creeks leading into spawning areas in the channel swings on jigs and c-rigs. Honestly it was tough until I figured it out.

We fished Saturday morning from daylight till 1:30 Indian Mounds and caught 3 keeper sized fish 5-6 ft of water. Went back out at 4:00 till dark in six mile and caught 14 bass on a Carolina rig on a underwater point 15' deep. Only 6 were keepers. Sunday morning fished Palo Gaucho and Lowes creek from daylight till 2:00 and caught zero bass. Went back to my point in six mile about 4:00 and caught 5 keepers. Also boated two 3-1/2 and one 5 pound fish in 25' water on a creek channel bend just before dark. It was tuff fishing overall for sure.

Headed to Toledo Bend this afternoon for 4 days with my buddies at work. With this warming trend the bite should get better.
