Went from a 521 Ranger to this boat....Much faster, great ride and the layout is the best of any boat I have owned. Especially love the storage bins with the molded slots for plano boxes.

Best riding bass boat I have been in!

1996 Astro F-20..8-10-VERY stable fishing for a narrow front deck with troll down, will get in some shallow water... takes larger waves (2-3ft'ers ) better than what you would think, You better know how to drive a PAD boat! Me by myself-touching 80...they must have had small fish in 1996 live wells are small. needs upgrade on graphs and 1 power pole sucks!

2007 225 ProXs,10-10, haven't had any issues, general maintenance, runs strong, maybe 200 hours. Hydromotive 27 prop does & 12" Atlas plate does the trick.

Boat Trailer 8-10...not sure on the trailer make(I titled as home built, lol ) rattles like the dickens( stupid aluminum skid plate ) neighbors here me coming home from miles away, all lights work and no wire issues, I just make sure to keep bearings greased in it!

Gell coat is very good. Plenty of nicks and scratches from use.
The hatch latches suck and lids don't pop up.
HPDI 10 runs perfect .
Trailer 10 its very good.
Power poles, Terrova and HDS 10 How did I ever catch a with out them.

9 out of ten for motor been a good one. soon to be replaced with 250 waiting for a warm day.

fish ability 8 used to be easy to fish, unfortunately since i got 16 years of age my old body cant do the shift like i used to. Put a old man seat in the front.

8/10 - 98' Stratos 201 PE - Solid, roomy excellent riding hull. Takes big water well.

9/10 - 08' Evinrude HPDI 225 - Only complaint here it's a little thirsty but it runs like a spotted ape. 850 hours and zero motor work, only regular maintenance.

10/10 - 98' Stratos Trail - It loads, it hauls and it doesn't eat tires, what's to complain about?

It's been a great boat and if I ever blow up the Rude it will be hard not to re-power again.
