2013 BassCat PII (9/10) - Quick acceleration, good top speed (70-72), and very maneuverable. - It rides fine for a 19 footer, but I haven't had it in truly nasty wind yet to test its rough water abilities. If it's anything like my dad's Pantera Classic, it'll do OK, not great, in really rough stuff. - I have a really hard time keeping the rear compartments dry and I need to convert the middle fold-down seat to a step box. 2013 Mercury ProXS 200 (9/10) - Great motor. This one does have a weird hiccup every once in a very long while where it will bog down and die while at a slow idle. It immediately cranks back up and works fine and I haven't figured out what is causing it. 2013 BassCat Dual Axle Trailer (9/10) - The build quality is excellent but it does bounce my truck around a good bit compared to my last boat. I'm guessing it has something to do with the extended length from the swing-way tongue. Great boat and I thoroughly plan to keep it for a decade or more.

04 ZX225 Yamaha HPDI 9/10 for the boat. Great ride, wide front deck and awesome stability with the trolling motor down. Boat is in great shape for its age. 8/10 for the motor. Blew the powerhead in 07 under warranty and was replaced without a dime out of my pocket. Been fairly trouble free ever since. Motor has awesome low end grunt and hole shot. 5/10 for the trailer. Brakes currently don't work and lots of rust. Really haven't worked on it any but will probably need replacement eventually.

2003 Nitro 929CDX Boat exterior 6 out 10. I've seen better quality fiberglass in most other boats. Boat interior 9 out 10. Lots of room on deck. Lots of storage. Smooth dry ride in rough water. Trailer 1 out of 10. Trailstar brand square tubing trailers are junk! Luckily I know a good welder. Motor 5 out 10. On my 3rd powerhead. 2nd one blew under warranty. Current one runs like a champ though. Good fuel/oil consumption. I'm definitely going back to Skeeter/Yamaha after this one!

For the cracked gel coat on the nose, use black grip tape sold at BPS, Academy, or other stores. Serves two purposes by covering up the ugly gelcoat and adding a great traction surface to prevent slippage entering and exiting with wet shoes.

2015 Basscat Cougar FTD 9/10 boat is super fast and rides great. only draw back is the slow hole shot that could be fixed with a hydraulic jack plate. 2015 Mercury ProXs 10/10 nothing but good things here. great gas mileage, fast, runs like a top. 2015 Basscat Trailer 10/10 easy to load, looks great and the gator hyde coating stops any rust.

Dance - 10; Looks - 3... 10 points for anyone who gets this reference!
2002 Triton Tr-186: Overall Boat - 7; A little older, fishes good, drives great, rough water handling is average for an 18.5 footer. Some fit/finish issues, and needs some silicone and hatch-liners to re-Watertight the storage compartments from rain and rub rail.
2001 Mercury 175 HP EFI: 6 - runs like a scalded dog, but I have some fuel flow issues lately causing a little restart difficulty.
It is paid for, but I would love a new boat with an improved storage/dry storage and the new deck/console layout that optimizes space.

I currently have a 2013 Stratos with the 200 Evinrude E-tech. Boat is a 9 simply because the front deck is a little narrow. Motor is a 10, runs good so far, good on gas and oil. Speed is about 73 as it walks around that speed pretty good. Trailer is a 10, Gatorhide and all makes a big difference over previous trailers.

2015 Ranger 119c 225 merc pro sx
Hull: 10/10. Just sold. The new decks are awesome and the front is really wide. 4 inches wider than my old 519 vx Motor: 8/10. If you give it 30-60 seconds to warm up it stalls when going into gear. with warm up its solid, fast, good on gas Trailer. 8/10 had some wiring problems , fixed them and its great too.

10 out of 10 2016 FX20 LE 10 out of 10 2016 250 SHO 9 out of 10 2016 Skeeter trailer Love the improvements over 2013 FX20 I had. Also is faster than the 2013 FX20 so far, 74.3 is the fastest I have been in it so far. Still breaking in the motor, so it may end up running faster once the break in is complete. Oh my!

2008 Gambler 2100 320Hrs
Hull 9 out of 10 Fit and finish are still like new. Trim tabs should be standard on every boat. You can do anything in any water with these and a hydraulic jp. Trailer 7 out of 10 Have had some spotty rust issues with the powder coat bubbling Motor 9 out of 10 Has 320 hours and no problems. Pushes the boat 85 mph. This is my second Gambler and I have really grown to love these boats.
