I love to throw large Crank Baits (Strike King 10Xd) and those large Swim Baits (Deps 175) but after a short time I am wore out. talking with Rick and Derrick at Anglers Pro Tackle in North Richland Hills they suggested I might try the Shimano Curado 300E. This Reel with its 6.2:1 gear ratio, over size handle and the variable braking system made all the differences. I can now throw these baits a country mile and retrieve them all day. Go with a Lews BB1 in 5:3:1 or a Revo Winch in 5:1:1....

You need a 5:1:1 retrieve.

BB1 pro
