Opened today... How do you get to Tower Bay with all the construction? I was over there today but Exit 454B was closed?

Am I the only one who thinks that tower bay and lake park should accept the 2015 annual pass because of the ramp being shut down more than half the year or longer.

nothing they can do about it, the city probably had to pay even more this year in ramp/park maintenance than they would have otherwise
