How is it fishing? Haven't been there in a couple of years and thinking about maybe trying it tomorrow. Finally got a day off. What are the fish doing? Any insist would be appreciated.

Stripers are biting. Bass are slow at the moment but chance to catch a good one out here is now. Shad is what they are eating. So I would stick with that. Have caught better fish so far south of the bridge. Been picking up a few 5 lbers here and there so not to bad. The north bite will pick up probably this weekend with warm weather moving in. Lots of fish in the lake this year month ago was catching 20 plus fish a trip all different sizes. Think this first cold snap slowed them down. I am thinking of going tomorrow also.

What part of the lake are the stripers biting on? Thinking of heading down this weekend , but not sure where to start.
