Not sure what all hp or years this will fit. It's black, bought for my 1977 115 horse but it won't fit. Boat mech told me it had to be 1978 or newer. Best offer and will consider all trades.

What was different about the black lower. Black should be a late model unless it is just re-painted. Post pictures.
