I will be on LBJ for 2 more weeks leading up to the TTZ and Bass Champs Tournaments.
We will run the same hours as they do, safe light to 3 pm.
We will launch out of LBJ Yacht club at cottonwood shores ramp.
You can launch from anywhere on the lake, just come to cottonwood shores for sign up and entry.
$40 entry fee per team(1 or 2 anglers in 1 boat)

We will go to canyon next month, we will basically chase the TTZ trail until Lake Waco, at which point we will revert back to our normal Travis Weekly Tournament.

Stidham and Poboril will be back this week so I am envisioning one of those boxing posters with Poboril and Mccrary nose to nose, glaring at each other.
I will be surprised if somebody else wins.

Remember, if we hit 30 boats, which I think we will, Skeeter owners will qualify for Skeeter Real Money if they win. If you haven't registered your Skeeter you better hurry up!

New for this month and from now on, the team that gets big bass will get a free lower unit oil and impeller change courtesy of Tracker Boating Center!
They are off highway 183 and can also outfit your boats with whatever gizmos and gadgets you want.
Except rockets launchers, I asked and they said "um, no".

With the weather being warm- 31-33lbs to win

26 boats showed up this weekend, a new record for me! We paid four places and big bass.
It took 21.54 pounds to win.
Garrett Hennig/John Haley took First place with 21.54 pounds anchored with a 6.87 AND a 5.81 kicker!
Ryan Warn/Frank Ellis took Second place with 13.78 pounds of cookie-cutter sized fish.
Cody and Chuck Smith took Third with 11.78 pounds anchored with a 7.22 kicker which was Big Bass
Bennett Cowan and Tony Thomas took fourth with 9.76 pounds.
Justin Wojcik and Ryan D'Olive took fifth with 9.02 pounds.
Dale and Jacob Land took sixth with 8.47 pounds.
Shawn Tamez and Brad Nichols took seventh with 8.04 pounds.
Mike Waldrop took Eighth with 8.09 pounds.
Mickey Sanders took ninth place with 7.70 pounds.
Bailey and I got Tenth place with one fish for exactly 3.00 pounds, Bailey caught it, I zeroed.
Nobody else weighed fish. I only did so I wouldn't be last place again.
