+1000. As said, a good mechanic will do it right. I would ask why it blew or needed rebuild to begin with. If they don't know or give some answer that doesn't add up it probably means it will happen again or is a huge headache they want to get rid of. Secondly, guys that are selling with fresh rebuilds or new powerboats tells me one thing. They know it will happen again and they just want to get rid of their problem.
