If you are facing Hugh's crossing, is the best trout fishing to the left or right?

It's my understanding they just drive around with the fish and put fish in at various locations. I've never found any places like LMF where they have pipe to transfer them thru.

Anywhere you see a trash can along the river is where they dump trout.
