Had me some of them yellow channel cat fillets blackened and some dirty rice for supper last nite.
Couldn't for the life of me taste anything that tasted yellow.

This ^^ and after cleaning, put the fillets in a ziploc with salty water, let them soak for about 30 minutes in the frig.
