I'm used to releasing my fish, but sure wish I had taken a weight and length on this big ol' Rio Grande. I had a good morning at Mcqueeney catching bass and sunfish alternating on "big gear", and ultralight. What a thrilling fight on this feisty Rio Grande... ....FUN STUFF!!! Merry Christmas!!!!

That fish is a HOG Ryan! Good job Sir!  Side Note: That would easily have beat my Mcqueeney Catch&Release Record and possibly my weight record Rio. Again super fish!

Beautiful fish... no such thing where I live now that we're out of TX. Are rios good eating fish?
 I don't live for the thump, but I sure do like it.

I don't eat em but I know people who do. They say they are average at best! Side Note: Parks&Wildlife has em as good table fair!
