Ok last time I fished fork was 1997 I fished it for week for my bachelor party with a group of buds. Long story short my family and I moved to east Texas from kalifornia in July of 15. So my question is what launch ramp should I use at fork I would like a place that my belongings in my truck would be safe. Thanks

I've had zero issues at Lake Fork Marina. That's where I always launch and a lot of the top guides launch there also. If you decide to stay overnight I would bring your valuables in however just to be safe.

Pope's is pretty safe too, the shop is right by the ramp parking.

I live right down the road from fork and launch from the public boat ramps 515 east and west and 154 with zero issues. Fork is a pretty popular destination so there are always people coming in and out. I think it deters a lot of would be thieves from taking the chance of getting caught. I also night fish out there and have only used public ramps with 0 issues. I see a few of the guide trucks at the 515 west ramp when I am launching as well. I think over all it is a pretty safe lake.

I like Mustang Park. Take the road across from Ayers (carwash) on Hwy. 17 and just follow it. Been using it for years and never had a problem. It does cost $3.

Popes, mustang park, 515 west, lake fork marina, Oak Ridge and minnow bucket are all safe places that I have never had any issues at. Just depends on what part of the lake your gonna fish

Like KO Bass I go to Mustang . When Im taking my boat out we order a club sandwich from the restaurant at Lake Fork Marina. By the time we get there is ready and we have that on the way home. Some of my best fish have been caught close to that ramp. Fork will lull you to sleep and loose focus. Then the bite of a lifetime it's different. Im a contractor and always stuff in my truck. Never had a problem.

There are lots of ramps on Fork IMO it really just depends which ones are more in the general area you want to fish.
