Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and have seen some posts saying Yamaha is replacing the powerhead on 2010 Sho's. Is this true on all 2010's or is it just a select few? I have a 2010 Sho on a FX20 and would like to get the truth. Thanks in advance

I have a 2010 SHO 250 and I did receive the letter from Yamaha stating they would replace it.

I have one and already had mine replaced. You can call Yamaha and give them the serial number to see if is one that is supposed to be replaced.

Anything manufactured between Nov 2009 till Oct 2010...you can call any authorized dealer and give them your serial number and they can check it for you.
