There are quite a few nice ones. I hear that the Cabela's glass rods are goodness. I have no personal experience with them. The fiberglass rod forum is another place to visit. Plenty of opinions there, a good place to buy used.

TFO makes two glass rods. A 3/4 and a 4/5. I really have enjoyed them the past year. Had a 6 1/2 lb largemouth while I was bluegill fishing with my 4/5. Large fun! Great rods from a great company. Lindy

I have a CGR 2 weight from Cabela's and just love it.

I bought a 6/7 Wright & McGill off of Pearow a couple of years ago. He's a member on here. Might drop him a PM to see what he has currently. He is honest about what he has, too. If he says it's a good one, it is.

I just got this recently: http://www.amazon.com/Eagle-Claw-Feather...le+claw+fly+rodI was very impressed with what I got for $25... outstanding value! It casts fairly well, looks very nice, it has a very nice real seat, even has a ruler imprinted on the side of the rod. Remember with a glass rod, the action is a lot slower, so you have to adjust your cast to compensate, but when you get used to it, its all good.

When it comes to glass, Eagle Claw from Wright McGill makes some fine ones. My very first fly rod, which I still have and use occasionally was an Eagle Claw...very nice rods for the money.

I have lots of vintage glass and corresponding reels. What are you thinking of throwing in for a trade?
PM me with details.
