What would be the best lake to fish , with all the rain and high water ? In the dfw area?

Eagle mountain didn't get too much rain, its just pretty hard right now, at least for me.

Granbury would be another option for me it can be deadly in cold water.

The way they are letting water out of Granbury your gonna need an outboard for a trolling motor to hold still

Go to Athens if open or Pat Cleburne. I would pick a smaller lake that has fish. Grapevine is full of short fish but not sure you can get on it.

I went to Granbury yesterday and caught 11 shorts. Even in the post front, east wind and cold. Water temp was still in the low 50's but when I passed the river on Tin Top it was rolling with super muddy nasty water so I'm sure in about two days Granbury will end up the same way.
