Love em. I have the Freestone pants, and the Headwaters chest waders. The Freestone have been flawless, but aren't Goretex. The Headwaters are 3 layer Goretex, but I tend to wear the Freestone pants more often just because I generally don't wade chest deep that much. Also wear them when kayaking in cooler weather. If either eventually fail, I'll get a pair of the G3s. But they are still going strong for 3 years+.
I do wear them when I duck hunt. Just add a base and mid layer pants, and you should be fine. Looks like they do make them in 3xl and they also do custom sizes, but you'll pay for that. Simms customer service is also top notch.

I have and currently use a pair of Bass Pro Light weight waders. Like BoPro said I just throw on a pair of silk weight long johns and a pair of sweat pants and go out. I have used this set up for years in Colorado fishing anywhere from -11 to 30+ before I ditch the base layer. Above 50 I just go with shorts and the waders.

My fishing buddy & I both have Simms G3 stockingfoot waders, which are over 5 years old. They've given us great service with no leaks especially around the seams which are usually where a set of waders will fail. We would buy the G3's again should the necessity arise.
