Ragan's rents trailers near Cypress Springs. The ones in front (maybe 1-8 or so) are old and have seen better days. The higher numbered ones in back are newer and nicer.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep Regans is ok. If you are taking the family this will not be the place for you.

Most of their units are $60-$70 a night for 2,and $15 a night for each additional person.

The rooms at Walleye are also suppose to open soon. I don't know how to contact them via phone but a new family bought the store, restaurant and motel rooms last year. They've been working to clean everything up for a grand re-opening. These rooms are maybe 3 years old and right outside of Walleye Park. Might be worth digging around to find a number. I will also check on them when I am out there in 10 days and maybe re-post.
The lake is obviously closed to all boat traffic right now so if your trip was planned in the short term, you may want to change lakes.

Thanks Chris, I was planning a couple of trips over there, before the first of Febuary, never seen the lake before and wanted to get some experience on it, being that I am going to have several tournaments on it this year! If you happen to go by there and don't mind see if you can find out anything, I will scratch around on the Internet and make some calls, doesn't look like it will be open for at least a couple of weeks?? Thanks again Doug

Thanks again Doug I'll see what I can find out. An Asian family bought it and has done a ton of work to it. The previous owners gutted the restaurant and store before they were foreclosed on. This family seems like a great group of people so I hope they succeed. Unfortunately some meth-heads stole like 5 TVs they had brought in a few months back. They made new signs that say opening soon but as far as I know only the motel rooms are open.
