 Terrova / Ipilot issue

Four year old Terrova with Ipilot. A couple of trips ago, the anchor button functionality stopped working. It tries to lock on for about 8 or 10 seconds, then beeps a couple of times and doesnt spot lock. Any ideas on like "rebooting" the thing. All other remote control functions work
Also, if there are no quick self fixes, who do you guys recommend to repair it. Cant get the guy at Southwestern parts to call me back

I have used Boris Marine to repair/rebuild my Minn Kota trolling motor, wasnt a Terrova...but he did a great job..reasonable and quick..located on the North Side of Fort Worth. http://www.borismarine.com/

Does it show that you are getting a gps signal? Tried changing batteries in remote and disconnecting and reconnecting to the battery? Sent a PM
