Hey all

Update on EM, it is slow! Fished 6 hours yesterday almost the entire south end from harbor 1 to the dam. Only caught two both short. Fished for 4 hours today caught 4, three were short fish all on square bill cranks in 4-10 fow. 1 2.5 pounder out of 28 fow on a drop shot. Marked tons of fosh between 25 and 40 feet just about any where there was a drop off but could buy a bite. Anyone have any ideas I am open. Lots of bait fish and the water temp was 57 yesterday 58.5 today. Not sure what we were marking that deep, figured white bass but they were in every slough, around that depth. Lastly water was still chocolate! Can only see 1 foot at most! Good luck all.

Yup,

You are correct. I"m chunkin and windin every night off my dock into a good weedbed. Jigs, worms, craws, pit boss, etc. with no action. Don't know when it'll take off but I still think with all the new water covering the shoreline weeds it will be a great next 3 months like it was in 2012.
