I heard it took 11 to win the ft worth bass club championship but that's unofficial 11 and change is winning the Stephenville bass club tournament also. 5.70 or so was big bass. This is an individual tournament but you can fish Saturday and or Sunday and take your best day. Definitely a tough bite today.

I was not participating with either of the tournaments but as usual when doing non-competitive fishing we thought the bite was pretty aggressive on yesterday.

I haven't fished squaw in about 4 years, but fishing the fish n chips.. Seems like when I just go blind/fun fishing I seem to do better... We shall see

My partner and I only had 10 pounds. We fished terribly. I would guess we only landed 25%. I will say that SWAC was right. There were some good fish biting. We just couldn't keep any of them buttoned up. Lost a giant on the first cast and that pretty much set the tone for our whole day!

Surprised 16lb sacks coming out of that lake with all the tournaments there every weekend. it is being hammered by fishermen.

16 lbs usually won't even be close, really most folks throw back anything less than 18, just not yet this year, will get better
