I can tell its a older fish by the size of its Eye balls they are huge.

we use that TPWD chart in all of our tournaments and it is fairly accurate most of the year except during the spawn,
but that being said if it is 21" then everyone gets the same weight.

I would guess 6.5 pounds. He's holding it close to him and it's a nice sized fish. Nice whites of the eyes too.
