I figured we need to get this to the first page for the undecided. I haven't seen any fries or cole slaw donated so far. If we can get those items it would be appreciated.

I can get the fries,how many pounds do we need? Right now I am counting around 35 folks. Hopefully by next week we will have a good estimate of the number attending. Does a half pound of fries per person sound about right?

I'll be coming with one other person. Last G2G on Palistine we had a small charge. Is there one for this G2G or are we expected to just bring something? Also could someone repost info for the tournament?

I'd be in for a small charge to help with overhead. that would also help to get a firm headcount. Is the pavilion free? Peanut oil is expensive!  5 bucks?
