What measuring board are you using and how are you going to measure the fish. Can the tail touch the line or not touch the line?

I have a brand new measuring board that was custom made on a CNC machine and is accurate to .004. The rules Bass Champs uses are this. No bass over 16 inches or under 24 inches in length may be presented to the scales. It can touch 16, but not go over. It MUST touch 24 .

I'm totally stoked. The scales are certified so if somebody brings in a sharelunker we can verify the weight right there on the spot. And if somebody does catch one, I will take them to have a steak after the tournament.
I know they have to be gorging themselves preparing for the winter.
