I burned up a hub and ruined my rear axle. Is there anyone in north Texas that can make axles ? I don't even know where to start on this process. Any help is appreciated.

You can buy new axles anywhere trailers are made. I bought a new axle last year from Bilt well trailers last year. They are in Fort Worth. i think i paid like 300 disc brakes and all.

Depending on the type of axle you have, and its' construction, it is sometimes possible/feasible to replace a spindle. If you take photos of what you have with the hub off, then show those at a trailer repair facility, they should be able to explain available options for your situation.

Quality Trailer in Royce City can custom make any size you need, they're fast, and cheaper than anyone else I found. They built me one 2 years ago and it's still going strong

check out the web. there are several sites that will ship one to you. I have used a couple of different trailer parts sites. one is etrailer.com another is boattrailerparts.com. The trailer manufacturer may can send you one. give 'em a call.

Second on McGill. A 2" drop is hard to find. I had them make me 1, it only took about 2 hours turn around.

My trailer is built by Marine Masters, The trailer axles have a plate on them with a serial/model number. I called Marine Master and they told me the axles were made by UFP. I called UFP and they knew exactly what I needed. I didn't have to give them any measurements whatsoever.
Give yours a try.
