I will be heading up to Texoma in a couple weekends to do some camping. I would like to get into some big striper's while I'm up there , but I have not been to the lake since August of 2014 and I have no idea what the pattern is like now. I know the bite has been really tough up there since the flooding , but any pointers would be appreciated. I'm not asking for anybody's honey hole at all. Maybe just what to look for.
Thanks ,

Its been all over the place here lately. Mostly catching sandbass with someone lucking into a striper here and there on live bait. I was able to pull 2 20 inch stripers this past weekend off a mid depth ledge. I have seen reports of guys finding them shollow throughout the day chasing bait but other that your guess is as good as mine.

Around the dam this morning no Stripers feeding at all. A lot of Sand Bass and small largemouth bass. Thick with shad if stripers were there they weren't hungry. Sand bass tearing up glass minnows!

Seems like that's what every thing was chasing yesterday. Tried a one inch baby shad artificial and sand bass would hit it quick as well as small bass. Texoma has a good number of small bass.
