not really sure where this topic should be posted, so admins go ahead and place this where it suits best, but I have a johnny morris extreme series that i love but has a problem with the line guide. The line guide does not move with the spool and can be pushed from side to side. It's as if the pawl is not making contact with the worm gear. Anyone know where i could get this reel repaired? or knows how to repair it ?

In a pinch, old abu Garcia and shimano line pawls work on my lews and I buy them on eBay for about $3 a piece. Try it!

It's very easy to replace yourself. Just need a flathead screwdriver.

I was thinking most pawls would be for the most part universal, thanks for the info!
