I had the pleasure of fishing this tournament last Saturday. There was 15 vets from Texas against 15 vets from Oklahoma. The Oklahoma bunch won. Winning 5 fish string was a little over 15 lbs. Good stringer for Lake Lewisville. We all got to fish with a pro. My pro was Big Billy Kinder. It was great to get to know him and spend the day fishing with him. I could not have asked for anyone better to fish with. Thanks to Networking Warriors, the town of Hickory Creek, Media Bass, all the pros, Boy Scouts, and everyone else that was involved. A special thanks to the various LEO that escorted us from Grapevine to Hickory Creek Friday afternoon. We made a quick trip in the middle of rush hour.

I had a great time as well. Great tournament supporting a great cause. This was my first year to be invited and I'm glad I fished it. My veteran was a great guy and I'm glad I got to meet/fish with him. We won big bass, which always makes the day that more enjoyable. CONGRATS to the winners. Awesome job by all those involved.

I was there too and it was a honor to participate. Had a great time even though we only weighed in 2 little ones. Hope to do it again next year.

SkeeterZX250 You did better than we did. We only had one. We caught a bunch of dinks. Billy had the big fish of the day. A 10 lb. Carp caught on a drop shot in 40' of water. We just knew he had the tournament winner.
