Amistad at its deepest point is 217ft. Of course thats probably at full pool.................

Travis might be second.Least on a map that i have, it says at full pool some places near damn are 190. Course she's 35 ft low at the present time.

Whoa! That deep? The south end of Toledo Bend is the deepest hole around here.
Caddo averages 8 feet and Cross 5. MAN! That's amazing.

A lake that is fairly close to north Texas, but not in Texas that is really deep is Broken Bow in Oklahoma. The last time I was on it, it was at pool stage and we drove down to the dam. My graph was a Humminbird and had a range of 300 or 350 feet the best I can remember. I still liked about a 1/2 to 3/4 of mile reaching the dam and I ran out of graph before I got there. This lake is serious deep.

Lake Travis maximum depth at full pool is 190ft. Thats pretty stinking deep, too.............

Lake Tahoe in California/Nevada is 1650 feet deep.
Lake Worth you can almost wade across the whole lake
