We found Hydrilla, just couldn't find any keepers.

At take off, it looked like about 40 to 50 boats, they were letting 10 or more boats out in groups in 15 minute intervals out of the marina, I was in group 3 and there were I believe 4 groups. Decided to load up and head in, as the wife had plans for me, so I didn't even make it to weigh-in.

49 is a pretty solid turnout for a fall tournament, especially on opening weekend of deer season.

Wish I could've made it out, TTZ puts on a great event

It was a fun tournament. Ended up in 5th place with 5 weighing 12.43. Would've had a better limit but we only fished 2 spots because we were with out a trolling motor the entire day! Thank the lord for power poles and wind! We just drifted and power polled down and drifted some more and polled down again. We had a system going! Had a limit, culled twice and caught 40+ fish. Funnest day I've had on Roberts in a while!

That was a fun lake, fist time I had fished it. The dinks and spots keep your attention until you get that good bite. We had a little bad luck getting a couple big fish out of trees, and a 3rd one that jumped us, oh well, that's fishing. Like Greg said, I peaked a little too early and caught that big girl on Friday.

That lake is going to fish lights out here in a couple years.

I paid for the purchase with cash so I didn't hold up the line or look like a tool with a gift card that doesn't work. The staff was very nice about it I must say
