... have any of you painted a Gold Fish color bait? Not silly at all...sold a dozen or so on eBay a few seasons back. All shallow diving Griffon style baits (thought the body shape and big eyes were close to a goldfish). Used pearl white and a hand mixed gold/orange and put a feathered hook on the rear hanger. Looked like one of those big fat fantail goldfish. Caught a few bass on my prototype patterns, too.

I ask because I saw them feed goldfish to the bass at BPS and you would have thought they were getting candy the way they went after them.
