Just wondering what the lake level is now after all the rain. I know Palestine went up around 5 to 7 feet. I was wondering if any of the boat ramps have opened now on the east side of the lake? Thanks steve

The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

No place to launch on the east side. Only ramp that is still accessable is Hill Creek.

I sure love my BassBuster for launching in these shallow water conditions though.

With the lake gaining over 2-1/2'from the last rain, then it should be no problem launching at the Omen boat launch on the East lake. There should also be enough water at the Arp club lake cove launch soon.

On the water Sun morn. Hillcreek only ramp usable to launch anything of size. Bassbuster will launch from Omen road and hopefully with rains coming this week it will open up for bigger boats also. Fishin was tough. 43 degree water temp at 9:00 AM.
